FAQ’s

Most patients experience only mild side effects from Dermablate laser treatments, such as redness, swelling, and mild discomfort. These side effects usually resolve within a few hours to a few days. In rare cases, more serious side effects such as blistering or scarring may occur, but these are very rare and can usually be prevented by following proper aftercare instructions.
The number of Dermablate Laser treatments needed to achieve desired results will depend on the specific treatment being performed and the patient’s individual needs and goals. For scar removal, it may take several treatments spaced several weeks apart to achieve full removal, while for skin rejuvenation, patients may see results after just one treatment.
After a Dermablate Cool laser treatment, it is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and use sunscreen for a few days. Patients should also avoid strenuous exercise and swimming for a few days after the treatment, as these activities can increase the risk of infection or irritation.
