Consultations & Ongoing Treatments:
Cancellations or changes to appointments within 24 hours of the appointment time or not attending your appointment will result in a fee of £25.00 being taken using your stored card details. If your card has expired or does not have sufficient funds you will be sent an invoice via email. This must be paid prior to your next appointment being booked.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation/appointment, please call us, text, message us on social media or email us.
Payment & Refunds:
Simply Skin accept payment by cash or card. Pay as you go treatments can be paid when you have completed each single treatment. Pre paid treatments by courses of 3, 6 or 8 must be made in full at your first treatment.
Refunds can only be issued on medical grounds or part refunded at the discretion of the Clinic Manager. If part refund is offered for treatments not taken but already pre paid as a course, the amount to be refunded will be calculated based on the pay as you go price per treatment, as the discounted course price will be forfeited. Products included in the course price will be charge for on refunds.
Simply Skin cannot offer refunds on treatments already undertaken.
If you are late for your appointment you may be required to wait for a next available slot or reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to take £25 if a reschedule is required.
Appointments and Practitioners:
Simply Skin cannot guarantee continuous treatment with any one practitioner.
Children, friends, or family members are not permitted in the treatment rooms for health & safety reasons (except for translation or accompanying a minor). Please bring another responsible adult with you to watch children in reception whilst you are in treatment.
The practitioner may photograph the area being treated for medical record purposes. At times they may wish to photograph or video for marketing purposes. This will be done only with your consent.
Clients are not permitted to take photographs, video or audio recordings whilst on Simply Skin premises.
Clients must follow the guidance given by the Practitioner with regards to any skin preparation prior to treatment. i.e. wearing of SPF, shaving, pre product regime. If the practitioner feels that preparation has not been undertaken, they reserve the right to not treat on the day.
