No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in a fee of £25.00 per booking being taken.
This ensures that we can offer unused appointment slots to our other clients.
Cancellations/reschedules are required to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your treatment. If you are late in cancelling or fail to turn up for your appointment, we reserve the right to request a £25 deposit when booking in your next appointment. This will be redeemed when you come to your next treatment.
*Laser hair removal treatments which are 1 hour or over in duration require 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
Payment for your Treatment:
Simply Skin accept payment by cash or card. Pay as you go treatments can be paid when you have completed each single treatment.
Pre paid treatments by courses of 8 or 3 must be made in full prior to your first treatment, and can only be refunded on medical grounds or part refunded at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation/appointment, please call us or text message us.
Refund of deposits will be made to a card or directly into your bank account.
If you are late for your appointment you may be required to wait for a next available slot or reschedule for another day, we reserve the right to ask for a £25 deposit if you need to rebook.
Appointments and Practitioners
Simply Skin cannot guarantee continuous treatment with any one practitioner.
Due to busy schedules and day to day circumstances, appointments can at times run over slightly. We will do everything in our power to keep inconvenience to a minimum.
Children must not be left unattended at any time in the Clinic. In some circumstances a child may be able to accompany a parent into the treatment room, however not when a laser is in use. Please bring another responsible adult with you to watch children whilst you are in treatment.
